Hogcuffed and Trunk Tied - Extended Cut

I really got myself into a tight spot this time! First, I'm tightly ballgagged locked into a hogtie with a heavy neck cuff, and handcuffs on my wrists and ankles, left to roll around on the floor. Then I'm sat up inside an old trunk, drooling all over myself, before my owner decides to lock me in for the night, leaving me with nothing to do but struggle in the dark.
